Smithfield: Mrs. Joyce Lyon Perras, 71, passed away October 31, 2009. She is survived by three sons, George Perras of Summerset, PA, Raymond Perras and wife Fran of Clayton and Eric Perras of Waitsburg, WA. 2 sisters, Norma Davison and husband Harry of Framingham, Mass., and Mary Malcomb and husband John of N. Ft. Myers, FL. Two grand daughters, Stacey Ciscell and husband Jim of Baltimore, MD., Megan Perras of Hampton, VA. Three grandsons, Charles Stafford and wife Jessica of Hazelhurst, Miss., Phillip Stafford of Hazelhurst, Miss., Bryan Perras of Hampton, VA., and five great grandchildren.
