John was born on July 21, 1929 and passed away in May 2009.
John was last known to be living in Carbondale, Pennsylvania.
He was a graduate of Olyphant High School.
He enlisted in the Navy in 1950 and served during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife Louise.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in Valley View Cemetery, Montdale, with military honors by the VFW, American Legion and Disabled American Veterans.
