Margaret Doreen Rorvick

92, passed away peacefully November 2, 2009 in Kirkland, WA. She was born June 7, 1917 in Hartford, South Dakota, but has been a resident of Everett, WA. since 1967.

A gifted bridge player, lively conversationalist, and devout Christian, Margaret was also a distinguished realtor. In a time when women in real estate were an anomaly, Margaret was outstanding. She won numerous awards and acclaim for her professionalism and salesmanship. Margaret’s generosity and love of life was contagious. For almost seven decades, she contributed to Children’s Hospital. She loved her family and will be deeply missed.

Margaret was preceded in death by Martin A. Rorvick, parents Fred and Henrietta Martin, and brother Donald F. Martin.

She is survived her beloved children Doreen (Steve) Musgrave and Martin D. Rorvick, grandson Nathaniel (Kim) Brost, great-grand daughter Alyssa, nieces Carole (Melvin) Jolley and Diane Rorvick, Great-grandnieces Dione (Mario) and Sarah (Steve) as well as many other beloved relatives and friends.

The family is especially grateful to Evergreen Hospice of Kirkland for making her last days comfortable.
