Dan, we are so saddened to hear about Charisse. I ran across the notice as I was looking forward to reconnecting for the holidays. I spent so much time with Charisse in the "old days", even before the HP days! I still remember so warmly when Shirley and I visited with you and Charisse...for lunch on the river. Our condolences to you and the rest of the family. Please give my condolences to her sister and Jesse as well. Bob

Charisse was loved by everyone who knew her. It was her kind and gentle spirit, and that easy smile that was contagious, that made her such a good friend to all. I have so many fond memories of her and was privileged to have known her -- she was a special and unique lady. My heart goes out to you, Dan. Since you share her best qualities in yourself, I know that many now support you in your deep grief, in losing such a wonderful life partner and a huge part of you that was taken far too early. I'm so very sad to hear of your loss.

Dan, I was so sorry to hear that Charisse lost her battle with cancer. What a devastating situation. We shared a lot of great memories at HP - a lot of laughs over the 'wall'. We will keep you and your family in our prayers.
