June Ruth Johnson Thaller on October 30, 2009 passed away at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Ephrain Raymond Thaller, daughter of the late Mary “May” Kernan Johnson and Jerome “Romie” Edward Johnson. Mother of Kenneth Julian Thaller, Sr. (Kathleen), Sandra Thaller Bonnet (Richard). Grandmother of Dennis R. Hayes (Becky), Kenneth J. Thaller, Jr. (Jill), Keith J. Thaller (Jill), Richard B. Bonnet, Jr. (Jennifer) and the late Kristopher J. Thaller, Sr. Great grandmother of Amber and Kristopher Thaller, Jr., Rachel Hayes and Jeremy, Nicholas and Madison Bonnet. Sister of the late Milton A. Johnson, Vera McCarthy and Chester A. Johnson. A native of New Orleans, LA, retired from Hibernia Bank and a member of Southern Porcelain Art Guild and World of China Painters’, Louisiana Chapter.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Interment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum in Metairie Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m.
